Kids Safe 360 Support

Help with Screen Time authorization, selected restrictions, parent PIN access and temporary unlocking.

Keep security information private. Never email a parent PIN, raw Family Controls token, credential or a child's private information.

Authorization is unavailable

Confirm the device supports Apple's Family Controls and Screen Time authorization, Screen Time is available, and the required parent or guardian authorization has not been revoked.

A selected app is not restricted

Reopen the selection screen, confirm the app or category remains selected and reapply protection. Apple's framework, device state and the selected token determine supported enforcement.

A website still opens

Confirm Website Protection is enabled and the hostname is entered without an invalid path. Protection is not universal across every browser, in-app web view, VPN, private relay or alternate hostname.

Temporary unlock did not relock

Open Kids Safe 360, confirm authorization remains active and reapply protection. Include the device time, app version and operating-system version in a support report, but do not include tokens or PINs.

Premium access

Public Premium purchase availability is not verified. If a testing build provides StoreKit access, use the available restore-purchases control and confirm the signed-in App Store test account.

Send a support report

Include the app version, device model, operating-system version, feature involved and steps to reproduce the issue. Remove screenshots that reveal a child's private content.
