Confirm the selected location, location permission, device date and time zone. Prayer-time results can also vary by calculation method; confirm the app settings available in your build.

Check notification permission in system settings and confirm the reminder is enabled. Focus modes and notification summaries can delay or hide alerts.
Audio does not play
Check device volume, silent-mode behaviour and the selected audio option. If your build downloads audio, confirm network access and retry the user-initiated download.
Send a useful report
Include your app version, device model, operating-system version, selected calculation settings and what happened. Do not include precise coordinates unless support specifically requests them and you choose to share them.
